A 49,000 m² mixed-use concept with a yacht marina. The programme brings together a hotel and residence tower, a 22,000 m² business and retail building and a multipurpose hall. The tower includes around 50 apartments, 150 hotel rooms, restaurants and a rooftop lounge.
